No gate admission charges to view the exhibits before gates open at 5:00 p.m.

No smoking, food or drink allowed in exhibit areas.

We encourage fair goers to visit the exhibits on display by their talented neighbors,

but ask that you do not pick up or handle the exhibits.

Prizes: One Best of Show Rosette will be awarded for Youth

           One Best of Show Rosette will be awarded for Adult

Each category: 

First Place – $4 and blue ribbon;
  Second Place – $3 and red ribbon;
  Third Place – $2 and white ribbon

 

PLEASE REVIEW RULES AND LOTS AS ITEMS HAVE BEEN CHANGED FOR THE ENTRIES

 

Rules apply to both Youth and Adult entries:

•    Exhibitor may only enter photos that he or she took.

•    Exhibitor may only enter one photo in each lot.

•    Open to amateurs only (no professional photographers). An amateur is one who does not receive

compensation for his or her photography.

•    Size of photos will be limited to a minimum size of 4x6 and no larger than 8x10.

•    Photos should be mounted on mat board or overlay mats. Plastic covering is permitted once photos

are mounted on mats. (This also applies to the antique photos)

•    Photos must be mounted securely. Rubber cement or dry mounting tissue is recommended. Please

do not use photo mounting corners.

•    Photos should include name and address on the back of the mounting item. No writing should be

listed on the front of the mounting or picture.

•    Photos will remain on display during the week of the Fair and can be picked up with a claim check

during times scheduled.

•    All entries will require a claim check before releasing photo.

•    Any exhibitor removing their photos before the scheduled time may not be allowed to participate in

future Fair photography classes.
