RULES

1. Entries will be taken Sunday, July 11, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. and Monday, July 12, 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.

2. Anyone removing entry before 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 16, will forfeit prize money.

3. Exhibitors must have been a resident of Franklin County since July 31, 2009.

4. Blue Ribbon Winners must wait five years before entering the same item.

4. The winning cookie jar in each category will be displayed in the Gift Box the week following the end of the
