RULES

1. Entries will be taken Sunday, July 17, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. and Monday, July 18, 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.

2. Anyone removing entry before 12:00 noon on Saturday, July 23, will forfeit prize money.

3. Exhibitors must have been a resident of Franklin County since July 31, 2009.

4. Blue Ribbon Winners must wait five years before entering the same item.

4. The winning cookie jar in each category will be displayed in the Gift Box the week following the end of the
