RULES
1. Entries will be taken Sunday, July 13, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. and Monday, July 14, 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.
2. Anyone removing entry before 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 18, will forfeit prize money.
3. Exhibitors must have been a resident of Franklin County since July 31, 2007.
4. The winning cookie jar in each category will be displayed in the Gift Box the week following the end of the Fair.
