RULES

1. Entries will be taken Sunday, July 17, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. and Monday, July 18, 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.

2. Anyone removing entry before 12:00 noon on Saturday, July 23, will forfeit prize money.

3. Exhibitors must have been a resident of Franklin County since July 31, 2010.

4. Blue Ribbon Winners must wait five years before entering the same item.
